JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role SnapshotOur Senior Agile Coachsupports the organization in the adoption and growth of Agile ways ofworking, with a focus on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). They areresponsible for guiding leaders, teams, and stakeholders in adoptingAgile principles, improving cross-functional collaboration, andenhancing value delivery across the enterprise. They will partnerclosely with leadership to strengthen Agile maturity across theorganization, ensuring that delivery practices are consistent,transparent, and connected to overall business goals. This Senior AgileCoach will build alignment between delivery practices and business goalsin a transformative Scaled Agile environment. This includes facilitatingAgile planning events, providing training and mentorship on Agilemethodologies, and promoting the effective use of metrics to supportinformed decision-making. Salary Range 105,000 ~ $130,000 The base payoffered for this position may vary within the posted range based on yourjob-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Like to facilitate key SAFe events and portfolioactivities and lead and support core SAFe events such as PI Planning,Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Lean Portfolio Management ceremonies.Have conducted Agile maturity assessments at the team and programlevels, identify growth opportunities, implement improvementinitiatives, and track progress through Agile health and performancemetrics. Can bring and enable transparency and metrics-driven decisionmaking through defining, implementing and maintaining portfolio-leveldashboards and metrics to enhance visibility into delivery progress,risks, and outcomes. Love collaborating with PMO and businessstakeholders to ensure data informs and supports strategic andoperational decision-making.
