Job Skills / Requirements Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants, employees, and visitors while representing United Protective Services with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities + Perform regular patrols of assigned property (interior/exterior). + Monitor access points. + Conduct door checks, lighting inspections, and property condition reports. + Enforce property rules, regulations, and post orders. + Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or suspicious activity. + Prepare accurate and timely daily activity reports and incident reports. + Provide assistance and information to visitors and tenants in a professional manner. + Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. + Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times. Qualifications + Must be at least 18 years old . + Must possess a valid Texas Security License (Level II ) + Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. + Excellent communication and observation skills. + Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. + Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. + Must pass a background check and drug screening.
