At this time we are only hiring individuals that already have their RBT pensation and Schedule:Pay Range: Starts at $20/hrJob Type: Full Time Schedule: M-TH 9:30-4:30, F 9-3Location: Bellaire, Texas 77401 - Clinic SettingKore Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)s...Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic.Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Collect and document data on client progress.Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.Requirements:• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire.• 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred.• 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred.• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation.• Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation.• Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision & Voluntary Insurance for full-time RBTs401K with Employer MatchPaid orientation trainingApply today to work with Kore as a Registered Behavior Technician and join us as we work to transform the lives of the children and families we serve!
