The successful candidate will guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners. Project Manager - Change Management Responsibilities: * Support business analysis efforts-collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, measure impact, and refine transformation strategies. * Program & Project Management (Primary Focus): * Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation. * Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies. * Change Management: * Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance. * Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs. Project Manager - Change Management Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. * PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred. * Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups. * Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact. * Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence). * Ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. Shift: * 20hrs/week i.e. 4hrs/day. * 8 am -12 noon (Pacific Time office hours).
