Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: + months Pay Range: $( - on W all-inclusive without benefits Hybrid: days onsite (Mon - Thurs), day remote (Fri) Job Description: The main focus of this role will be to help manage the World Cup launch in the marketplace. ETW will help hold factories accountable for any issues in the production process and communicate updates to stakeholders. Will work on a direct team with others; cross functionally, will work closely with many teams - product, design, tech development, risk assessment (on product side), manufacturing systems engineering team, marketplace ops, amongst others Degree preferred but not required for this role PMP, CSEP certifications nice to have, not required + years’ experience minimum required in apparel quality (has to specifically be in the apparel industry); apparel production, product development, etc. would be acceptable. Knowledge of apparel construction is a must. Top must-have skills include the following: Project management experience Experience working with manufacturing partners Strong communication/collaboration skills across a matrix environment Ability to translate data/technical information to larger audiences Experience with project management systems (Trellis/Smartsheet/JIRA/Asana etc.) Soft skills desired: Agility and adaptability Ability to stay positive through constant changes Forward thinking Continuous improvement mindset Ability to keep a cool demeanor Combination of skills that would make a candidate stand out: Manufacturing experience with apparel Being able to communicate well to very different audiences Stakeholder management Strong written and verbal communication abilitie
