R & D Intern (Electrical/Computer Science)

Role is responsible for supporting the Fargo R&D department by participating in electronic design activities, building/testing prototypes, preparing tests, and performing Engineering analysis to ensure designs meet requirements. Also provides drafting/modeling and document management support, participates in prototype builds, installation and setup testing, production support, and other tests to ensure durability. Design and problem-solving activities: Work with engineers and designers to troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems and help design a solution to resolve identified issues.Automation: Develop automated testing setups and job aids. Documentation: Capability to create technical summary reports and test documentation.Circuit Board Design: A basic understanding of circuit board and firmware design.
