Both our new and long-time customers rely on us to send only the best in the industry to solve the critical issues affecting their homes.Responsibilities:Responsible for repairing, and maintaining plumbing and associated plumbing systemsDiagnose residential plumbing issues and providing clients with options for repair or replacementEffectively communicate with dispatch and clients and provide 5-star service to each clientCreate detailed job notes in client account on Service Titan and provide clients with well-written invoice summaries and estimatesQualifications:1+ years Residential maintenance experience or general plumbing knowledge (preferred but not required)Experience with face-to-face customer sales.
