Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several Clinic sites across a wide geographic region. Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes and awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of CommonSpirit Health.Responsible for building healthy relationships with direct and indirect leadership, physicians, providers and staff. Responsible for participation and documentation of the strategic development of the ambulatory and IP integration for the services. This would include business planning and facility/professional business case processes. Position is responsible for facility and practice capital development. Responsible for operations planning and execution in the ambulatory environment, inclusive of relationships, standards, informatics, quality, service, growth, and stewardship. Responsible for development of reporting, measuring, outputs, and monitoring performance metrics. Responsible for annual budgets and long range strategic financial planning for the assigned specialties**Prefer Residence in Nebraska**Bachelor's Degree in related disciplineMaster's preferredSeven to ten years of progressive healthcare management experience
