Work closely with Project Accounting and Operations to enhance setup accuracy and processing timeliness. The position offers high visibility and interaction with management, Directors of Contract Administration, and Contract Administrators.Essential Functions:Project Accounting Setup/Administration including, but not limited to:Daily processing of Jobs and Contracts into the Oracle Project environmentCustomer maintenance in AR moduleNew project/work order setup and maintenanceContract Administrator requested contract rate adjustmentsBill rate schedule reconciliationAllocation rate maintenanceMaintenance of weekly Accounting routines and processesImport/Export project data using excel templatesJournal entry prep and standard accrualsOther duties and tasks as assigned
