Stay current on admissions requirements across these disciplines: Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary, Pharmacy, Optometry, Physician Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Cardio Perfusion, Orthotics and Prosthetics, Anesthesiology Assistant, and Podiatry through research of in-state and out-of-state professional schools.Plan and coordinate entry-level workshops and seminars for students in person and through livestream. Prepare recorded versions of workshops and presentations. Present to groups (internal groups and external groups visiting UT) ranging in size from 25 to over 500.Offer weekly walk-in coaching for entry-level pre-health students as they begin their pre-professional journey. Use admissions data from Health Professions Schools to lead discussions with students.Work collaboratively with the other members of the Career Ecosystem (Faculty Fellows, Academic Advisors, Experiential Learning Advisors, Career Coaches, other pre- Health Professions Coaches, and administrative staff.Participate in summer and transfer orientations. Develop presentation materials.Represent HPO in admissions events throughout the academic year.Create resources specifically designed to aid freshmen and sophomores (and those new to the health professions journey), such as Canvas course modules, social media posts, and website content.Other duties as assigned, including supporting special projects and staffing events within CNS.?
