Ecommerce Sample Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Sample Coordinator to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing and organizing sample coordination processes to ensure smooth operations for marketing and e-commerce initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and contribute to enhancing the customer experience within the retail industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate with the marketing team to establish and track deadlines for photo shoot samples. u2022 Develop and maintain a tracking system to provide transparency on all sample requests. u2022 Manage sample processes with cross-functional teams, including reporting and archiving responsibilities. u2022 Assist in organizing and coordinating samples for catalogs, mailers, and landing page assets. u2022 Serve as the primary point of communication for sample-related matters between photo, copy, and buying teams. u2022 Conduct daily quality assurance checks on website pages and support update verifications as needed. u2022 Identify and recommend opportunities for process innovation and improvement. u2022 Balance multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned. u2022 Perform additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements u2022 Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent detail-oriented experience. u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative and ensure follow-through. u2022 Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing the brand experience. u2022 Proven time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. u2022 Adaptability and a willingness to take on challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic environment. u2022 Exceptional multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Self-driven with excellent follow-up skills to address open items and ensure completion. u2022 Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
