CNC Operator

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator Setup / Run / Operate / Maintain CNC Machine Inspect Parts; Oversees the quality of parts produced and assists in solving or responding to quality related issues Trouble shoots and optimizes programs; Make adjustments and edits to programs Inspects and deburrs parts to ensure they meet blueprint parts using proper measuring instruments Maintains program files, directories and upgrades Maintain Machine Logs Daily routine machine maintenance Requirements of the CNC Operator Strong knowledge of tooling concepts, machining practices, and troubleshooting and debugging processes Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, production gauging, and geometrical tolerances Good communication skills Understand and follow written procedures Strong problem solving skills Have the ability to work independently Must be able to lift 50lbs minimum. Must be able to stand for the duration of shift Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00/hr Depending on Experience
