Configuration Engineer

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Configuration Engineer for a manufacturing company located in Central Florida. Position Details: Salary Range - $90,000/year - $135,000/year (Depending on skills and experience) Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Job Duties: Develop Part definition and BOM structures for all power products. This involves specifying the components, features, and options that can be selected for a given product. Work with cross-functional teams to develop the software infrastructure inside of PLM and ALM software required for properly and consistently managing the product data and providing proper traceability of the product across its lifecycle. Work with the engineering organization to transform the current process into new PLM-based practices and concepts. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Engineering from a four-year college or university, preferably 4+ years of applicable experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in leading and implementing complex organizational change management initiatives.
