HR Coordinator

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Forest Hills, New York. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a strong background in human resources administration and compliance. The role involves working closely with employees and management to ensure smooth onboarding processes and adherence to HR policies. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. u2022 Oversee procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. u2022 Administer HR systems and maintain accurate records using HRIS software. u2022 Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance regulations. u2022 Support day-to-day human resources functions, such as addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues. u2022 Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of HR practices. u2022 Monitor and update employee data to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. u2022 Provide guidance on HR-related matters and assist in policy implementation. u2022 Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities. u2022 Assist in continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field. u2022 Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and related procedures. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS software and database management. u2022 Understanding of HR compliance regulations and policies. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management skills. u2022 Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. u2022 Experience in problem-solving and providing support to employees.
