Day Shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Temp to hire. Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative you'll be at the heart of operations, handling order entries, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactional processes. Key Responsibilities: + Build customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person. + Process orders, changes, pricing adjustments, and cancellations. + Retrieve and verify customer information and order details. + Communicate order status, ship dates, and availability. + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries. + Issue RMAs and Credit Memos; manage invoicing issues.
