We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Food Nutrition Services like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications We are currently recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team As the Food & Nutrition Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising diet office and patient food service personnel. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now What you will do in this role: u00b7 You will be responsible for supervising all patient food service activities, including patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations. u00b7 You will maintain and improve standards of food service. u00b7 You will assist in maintaining and improving patient food service procedures. u00b7 You will ensure that department areas, equipment and machinery are set-up to work at appropriate levels. u00b7 You will evaluate patient menu selections and makes adjustments with diet order guidelines and patient preferences. u00b7 You will inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line. What Qualifications you will need: u00b7 Vocational or Technical education required. u00b7 Previous supervisory Food Service experience, preferably 2 years food service experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility. u00b7 Food safety knowledge required. u00b7 Florida Food Handlers Card required. u00b7 Computer skills necessary. u00b7 Excellent customer service skills required. u00b7 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to mule-task, especially during peak times.
