The Work Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking talented engineers looking to expand their hardware, software, and test skills by joining our System Integration and Test team. Our team provides technical support for a number of aircraft and weapons systems to maximize operational readiness. Customers are both foreign and domestic and include branches of the US military. As a key member of our Systems Test Engineering Team, you will: u2022 Be responsible for developing test programs to run on the Lockheed Martin LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS systems, u2022 Work assignments as we support RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and a variety of communication technologies, u2022 Coach team members to work collectively as well as individually to develop software and hardware designs to support customer missions, u2022 Lead a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers and collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering to coordinate efforts required to produce a tailored work product for our customers. You have project and technical leadership experience, proven hardware/software integration skills, a working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment, and good communication skills. You have lead development of test programs written in either PAWS ATLAS and/or NI TestStand and LabWindows/CVI. Some intermittent travel and shift work could be required. This position may also involve support for research, design, and development of process improvements to maximize use and efficiency of automatic test. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree from an accredited college u2022 7 years of professional experience u2022 Familiarity with electronics test, mission system integration, and/or Prognostic Health Management u2022 Experience in developing hardware designs to interface with electronic systems u2022 Experience in writing and integrating test scripts u2022 Proficient with electronic systems schematic interpretation, electrical circuit design, electrical cable design, equipment troubleshooting, and repair u2022 Ability to receive and maintain a DoD Secret clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Automatic test experience or electronics test background u2022 Test program development in ATLAS, TestStand, CVI/LabWindows, LabVIEW, or Visual Studio u2022 Customer interface experience for product demonstrations and customer support u2022 Teradyne digital test programming u2022 VHDL programming u2022 Familiarity with hardware development, manufacturing, and integration u2022 Experience working in scrum environment and using agile tools u2022 Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts and how they can be applied to test development and test data analysis Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
