This role combines instructional design and communications u2014 developing digital and instructor-led learning experiences tailored to technical audiences, while crafting clear, compelling messages that promote awareness and participation in TDAV learning programs. What Youu2019ll Do Instructional Design (u224870%) + Design and develop learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, slide decks, toolkits, and job aids that simplify complex technology, data, and AI concepts. + Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create engaging, accessible learning experiences for technical professionals. + Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) in engineering, data science, and AI to translate technical expertise into learner-friendly content. + Support content quality assurance, learner feedback, and continuous improvement across TDAV programs (e.g., Cloud Academy, Data Academy, onboarding). Communications (u224830%) + Create and manage learning communications u2014 including emails, newsletters, intranet articles, and visuals u2014 that drive engagement with TDAV programs. + Develop messaging and campaigns that increase awareness, participation, and excitement about learning opportunities. + Highlight program outcomes, learner stories, and skill achievements to reinforce TDAVu2019s culture of continuous learning. + Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all L&D communications.
