The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the operational execution of NBCUu2019s advertising product marketing initiatives. This role will play a vital part in tracking timelines, maintaining GTM collateral, and helping the team stay aligned and ready to execute across multiple workstreams.u00a0Theu00a0Product Marketingu00a0Coordinator will work closely with team members across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategy, andu00a0Product.u00a0u00a0 Responsibilities:u00a0u00a0 + Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for product marketing campaigns and initiativesu00a0u00a0 + Manage internal asset repositories (e.g.,u00a0Highspot, SharePoint) and ensure content is current and accessibleu00a0u00a0 + Support creation and review of GTM collateral including decks, FAQs, and one-sheetsu00a0u00a0 + Manage intake requests andu00a0assistu00a0with prioritization across the PMM team and stakeholdersu00a0u00a0 + Help prepare materials for internal trainings, roadshows, and leadership briefingsu00a0u00a0 + Coordinate with creative/design teams tou00a0facilitateu00a0asset development and on-time deliveryu00a0 + 1u20133 years of professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or mediau00a0u00a0 + Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detailu00a0u00a0 + Proficiencyu00a0in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools like or Asanau00a0u00a0 + Strong communicationu00a0skills and comfort working with multiple teamsu00a0u00a0 + Open to workingu00a0in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentu00a0u00a0 Desired Characteristicsu00a0u2013u00a0Eager to learn and build a career in marketing, media, or advertising u2013 Naturally organized and attentive to detail u2013 Comfortable asking questions and working in a fast-paced environment u2013 Enjoys supporting teams and taking initiative to keep projects on track u2013 Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.u00a0u00a0 Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
