DescriptionThe AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention organization is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director of AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global team that is responsible for the secure and frictionless management of the full customer payment lifecycle for AWS services. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and anticipate needs. This role will need to execute daily while finding ways to invent and simplify team programs and processes. Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with leaders and confidential information are critical in this role. The successful candidate will possess the ability to partner with teams across the company, operate independently, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. Keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization is key. Key job responsibilities Proactively manage leader calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promote productivity; recognizing the need to re-prioritize as appropriate. Organize and manage meetings, off-sites and team-based events. Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team, ranging from organizational communication mechanisms to tools to planning meetings. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items to include meeting notes and action items. Support and, at times, manage small to medium projects. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
