Customer Service Associate 1

We?re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and delivera great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but arenot limited to, the following: Assist customers with questions andrecommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cashregister Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep thestore well-stocked, and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and helpwith unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance withproductivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectfulenvironment while maintaining professional and friendly interactionswith customers, associates, and leaders Responsible for maintaining thecleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restockingbathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, andensuring all areas are neat and presentable Other duties as assignedHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous customer serviceexperience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug storeenvironment is highly preferred Ability to follow instructions andinterpret operational documents is required Must be able to lift between30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands offrequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing,pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service andrelationship management skills are required Strong organizational andcommunication skills are required Strong problem-solving anddecision-making skills are required
