Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the development and execution of the annual budget, long-term planning, and periodic reforecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, including variance assessments and scenario modeling, to support executive decision-making. u2022 Design and refine comprehensive management reporting tools, such as dashboards and KPIs, to effectively communicate financial and operational performance. u2022 Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives and support critical investment decisions. u2022 Lead and mentor a team of financial planning and analysis professionals, fostering an environment focused on collaboration and excellence. u2022 Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, offering financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement tools that enhance the efficiency and scalability of financial operations. u2022 Support corporate development activities, including evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and managing integration processes.
