Hybrid Commercial Title Examiner (Dallas)

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Commercial Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. This role combines technical expertise in commercial title examination with on-site client support. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to local offices, assist with complex title-related inquiries, and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. u2003Key Responsibilities: u2003u2003u2022 Provide on-site support to local offices 2u20133 days per week, addressing questions and assisting with title-related processes. u2003u2003u2022 Perform commercial title examinations on a limited basis, including: u2003u2003u2003u25cb Reviewing, copying, and summarizing recorded documents affecting property title. u2003u2003u2003u25cb Independently examining title to real property of varying complexity to determine status and establish chain of title. u2003u2003u2022 Collaborate with teams handling high-liability commercial files, typically valued at $10M+. Maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
