PositionOverview As a Senior Epic Application Analyst, you will work on businesssystems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements forassigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact forapplication end-users, the Senior Epic Application Analyst will work toidentify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issuesthat impact other application teams and work to resolve them. The SeniorApplication Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes,build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvementassociated with platform performance and opportunities to enablebusiness processes and requirements. The Senior Application Analyst willact as a mentor to more junior analysts on the team, support questionsand may delegate activities to other analysts. Essential Duties Include,but are not limited to, the following: Lead the estimation ofenhancement or support requests. Guide workflow design, configure andtest system changes, and analyze technical issues. Liaise with businesssystems stakeholders and software vendor's implementation staff,ensuring alignment of business needs with delivery of systems changes.Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction forthe organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities toimprove business workflow with technology improvements. Participate intraining and work with end users. Troubleshoot problems and questions.Provide end-user support for issues entered into tracking systems.Review the status of projects and issues with project leadership. Assignor delegate configuration or other activities to Application Analysts orManaged Services team members Act as delegate for Applications Managerfor incident or problem resolution. Provide mentorship for other peersand leadership to solve problems, even if it's outside of their normalresponsibilities/scope.
