Overview of Responsibilities Collaboratewith teams and departments across the organization, offering valuablesupport for a wide range of projects and tasks Assist with databasemanagement, ensuring accurate updates and generating essential reportsProvide support to the Destination Madison team at events and committeemeetings. Work with the Brand team on content creation and posting,including web and social media Participate in mailings, deliveries andother inventory management OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Desired Education, Skills & Abilities Pursuing apost-secondary degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, orrelated field Some customer service experience desired Self-motivatedwith an engaging and friendly personality Proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to work independently and aspart of a team Familiarity with Madison area attractions, amenities, andmajor events a plus APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:Other: Work Hours & Job SpecificationsPrimarily perform work at the Destination Madison office during regularbusiness hours (8 a.m.5 p.m., MondayFriday) Availability to work eventson some evenings and weekends Expectations of 1016 hours per week duringthe semester, with up to 30 hours per week during the summer Work withfrequent interruptions and sit or stand for long periods of time.
