Join us as our new Lead Operator In this role you'll make animpact by Managing and continuously improving the Master CleaningSchedule and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures to ensure foodsafety, productivity, and compliance with regulatory and third-partystandards. Leading and supporting the sanitation team through dailyoversight, training, and performance feedback to meet quality and safetyobjectives. Monitoring sanitation activities, identifying issues, andimplementing corrective actions to maintain consistent adherence toprocedures. Managing inventory and coordinating cleaning andsanitization supplies to ensure materials are maintained and readilyavailable. Inspecting facility structures-including walls, floors, andceilings-to ensure proper maintenance and repair. Coordinating andoverseeing contractors and supporting sanitation initiatives duringproduction or staffing shortages. Reviewing sanitation data,communicating findings, and contributing to continuous improvementefforts through participation on cross-functional teams such as safety,lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. To succeed you must hold: A HighSchool Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with2+ years of experience preferred in an FDA-regulated or controlledmanufacturing environment (e.g., dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals,or food), including food safety and sanitation experience. The abilityto read, write, speak, and comprehend English sufficiently to performall essential functions of the position. Physical capability to lift upto 50 lbs. regularly during the shift. Relevant knowledge, skills, andabilities developed through a combination of education, training, andwork experience to perform the role successfully.
