PositionOverview The Clinical Lab Assoc III, Pre-Analytical is responsible forperforming the day-to-day operations of the Specimen ProcessingDepartment; including, but not limited to, lab productivity and processline support, exception handling, lab maintenance, and lab logistics.Tasks may include but are not limited to: lead production workflow andautomation troubleshooting, advanced sample problem resolution, samplestorage audits and troubleshooting, advanced automation maintenance,monitor production reports and goal progress, support employee feedbackand redirection, support the review and editing of standard operatingprocedures, lead team meetings. The Clinical Lab Assoc III,Pre-Analytical follows all Laboratory policies and procedures andmaintains accurate data reporting practices to ensure consistent anddiligent execution of Specimen Processing. This role supports themission and vision of Exact Sciences Laboratories and shares theresponsibility of ensuring the Specimen Processing department operateseffectively. The function of this position is performed under the guideddirection of the Specimen Processing Supervisor or designee. Tuesday -Friday, 8pm - 630am 145 E Badger Road Madison, WI Essential Dutiesinclude but are not limited to the following: Perform primaryresponsibilities listed below completely, timely and accurately: Supportand comply with the company's Quality Management System policies andprocedures. Maintain documentation of problems and problem resolutionsfollowing Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Work with leadership todevelop department goals that align with organizational priorities. Workwith leadership to identify and progress on individual development goalsthat align with organizational priorities. Support operationalinitiatives including, but not limited to, quality and processimprovements, SOP development, department inspections and audits.
