We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to our day-to-day operations and involves order entry, vendor invoice processing, and professional communication management. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing:Accurately enter and maintain customer sales orders in SAP Business OneVerify pricing, quantities, and delivery terms with internal teamsCoordinate with logistics and production to ensure order fulfillmentVendor Invoice Entry:Input vendor invoices into SAP Business One, matching them with purchase orders and receiptsCommunicate with purchasing or vendors to resolve discrepanciesHelp maintain accurate records for accounts payablePhone and Front Office Management:Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional mannerGreet visitors and provide general support to office guestsMaintain office supplies and assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Experience:2+ years of administrative or office experience preferredExperience with SAP Business One is highly preferredStrong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detailProfessional communication skills and positive phone etiquetteAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Compensation & Benefits: Pay based on experienceCareer growth opportunities in a growing company We are an EOE
