In this role, you will lead all aspects of the onsite 2nd shift operation in North Berwick (Parts Center, Modular Assembly, and Aftermarket Operations). You will provide direction and guidance to the 2nd shift team who are responsible for executing the production plans on 2nd shift.What you will do:The 2nd shift Operations Manager is responsible for driving performance in all success areas: Environmental, Health & Safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cultivating employee engagement. You will continue to build and develop a team that is responsive and flexible, empowering employees from cell leaders to operators. Understanding and meeting customer expectations is a strength you'll need in this role. You will be responsible for manufacturing standard work on your shift, managing critical part plans to completion, and critical resource allocation to ensure that business metrics are met. Excellent organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills are important. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
