Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Talascend is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an opportunity in Ottawa, OH. RESPONSIBLITIES: Screening resumes/applications based on very specific guidelines to determine identify qualified candidates Scheduling interviews, drug screens and other hiring process communication duties as assigned Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process Maintains records on recruiting activities as required. Approximately 75% of time will be spent screening, calling or emailing candidates, 25% doing sourcing and screening. Other duties as required QUALIFICATION: 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience 1 year of Talent Acquisition Manufacturingexperience within a Plant preferred Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus Excellent communication skill Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalentrequired ???????#IND
