Document treatment sessions, assessments, and progress accurately in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to facility protocols, therapy standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Active Delaware Physical Therapist license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Minimum 1-2 years of PT experience preferred (or as accepted by facility). Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
