To support our aggressive business goals, our business has embarked on a major technology investments to enable and provide an unmatched, personalized and integrated digital experience for patients, providers and manufacturers.We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team to help lead the ongoing evolution of McKesson's e-commerce Customer Center application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, GWT, NetWeaver, Cloud, and Oracle, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading a team of developers, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities:Lead a team of offshore software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.Architect, design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable full-stack applications & enhancements, utilizing Java, GWT, NetWeaver, Cloud, and Oracle technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.Drive technical innovation and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the software applications.Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to deploy and maintain software applications on various platforms, including cloud environments.Participate in the recruitment and hiring process, including conducting technical interviews and evaluating potential candidates.Provide assistance during production incidents & customer issues to restore application & customer service.Ability to jump into the code to help deliver projects and enhancements along with the development team.Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and starter-kits to jump-start the development team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Java, GWT, NetWeaver, Cloud, and Oracle technologies.Proven experience leading a team of software engineers, with a track record of successful project deliveries.Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and re- solve complex technical issues.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desirable.Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks are a plus.Minimum Requirements10+ years of experience in full-stack software development
