Description We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will provide critical support in managing employee benefits, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to employee relations and administrative functions. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and manage employee benefit plans, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries. u2022 Process compensation and benefits-related transactions with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Handle data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. u2022 Support employee relations by addressing benefit-related questions and concerns. u2022 Assist with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and compliance. u2022 Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth execution of benefits programs. u2022 Provide administrative assistance for HR functions as needed. u2022 Analyze benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement. u2022 Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. u2022 Respond promptly to employee requests regarding benefits and compensation. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in compensation and benefits administration is required. u2022 Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Familiarity with FMLA administration and compliance processes. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. u2022 Strong communication skills to effectively address employee inquiries. u2022 Ability to analyze benefits data and identify actionable insights. u2022 Experience working within an HR environment is preferred.
