Litigation Attorney We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toxic tort or asbestos litigation, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law. Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Missouri. Proven experience in toxic tort or asbestos litigation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
