Essential Functions: Responsible for organizing and writing lesson plans in accordance with the American Red CrossResponsible for teaching swimming lessons in accordance with the American Red Cross guidelines Responsible for completing necessary course record sheets for the American Red CrossResponsible for evaluating and placing students in proper swim levelResponsible for end of class report card evaluationMinimum Qualifications:Must be able to demonstrate all required swimming skills that meet the American Red Cross guidelinesSkilled in planning and conduction swimming classesAbility to maintain timely and accurate reportsExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with co-workers, parents and studentsAbility to work a flexible schedule
