Bakery Customer Service Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-friendly team member who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment. From thoughtfully answering emails and taking custom cake orders to helping pack shipping boxes during busy seasons or even stepping onto the retail floor. Most days bring a mix of familiar routines and new challenges. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves being helpful, communicates clearly, and finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and running smoothly. You’ll also be part of a creative environment where your ideas and attention to detail really matter, from the first inquiry to the final pickup. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails, including inquiries about custom cake orders and e-commerce Take detailed information for special orders and communicate clearly with the team Support the management team as needed, handling pickups or assisting with day-to-day needs Help process and pack shipping orders, especially during seasonal rushes Provide general support across departments to keep workflow smooth and efficient You’d be great in this role if you: Are a strong communicator who writes clearly and professionally Enjoy being helpful and thrive in a customer-focused environment Are comfortable working on a computer one moment and jumping into hands-on tasks the next Are dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Are interested in learning new things and being cross-trained This is a flexible, collaborative role for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a creative, fast-moving bakery team.
