If your passion is helping people and leading in the financial space, we want to hear from you! ** THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR WILLIAM VAUGHAN COMPANY** Role: Lead the Accounting Team: Oversee all accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team. Drive Financial Strategy: Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, analyze business performance, and guide fiscal efficiency. Ensure Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, uphold professional standards, and work with auditors and tax professionals. Optimize Processes: Utilize technology to automate reporting and enhance executive decision-making. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with HR, operations, and external partners to maximize financial return and minimize risk.
