Slitter Line Operator **? Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Slitting Technicians - Alliance, OH ?****? Schedule:** 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM**? Pay:** $16/hr + $1 Shift Differential = **$17/hr**We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented **Slitting Technicians** to join our manufacturing team in Alliance! In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines to precisely cut and rewind materials such as paper and plastic into smaller rolls or sheets based on exact specifications.--- ? Key Responsibilities:• Set up and operate slitting machines safely and accurately• Load and unload raw materials and finished products• Adjust machine speed, tension, and blade settings for precision• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are met• Monitor machine performance and make minor repairs/adjustments• Track production data (materials, output, downtime)• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace• Follow company guidelines for safety, quality, and production--- ? Requirements:• Minimum 1 year slitting machine experience in manufacturing• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities• Excellent attention to detail and precision• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Ability to lift up to 140 lbs and stand for long periods--- ?
