As a Sales and Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the sales and closing process to ensure a smooth, accurate, and positive experience for customers and team members.Key Responsibilities:Process and review contracts, addenda, change requests, and loan approvals.Ensure accuracy of pricing, options, deposits, and signatures.Maintain MLS listings with new homes, closed/sold homes, updated pricing, and verify data integrity.Assist with permitting and compliance documentation.Prepare, coordinate, and send documentation for loan packages.Create and distribute buyer closing packages and coordinate supplied closing gifts.Hold closing and loan update meetings and distribute relevant information to the team.Serve as liaision between customers, sales, construction, and closing teams.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills: Experience in an administrative positionProficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPrevious experience in marketing is a plusExperience with sales or closing coordination for a builder is helpfulDetail-minded withexcellent organizational and follow up skillsAbility to take multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well asthe ability to work with various disciplines of peopleDisplay a friendly, personable and approachable mannerAbility to take theinitiative and exercise independent judgmentPossess a team player mentalityHigh school education required; College degree preferredPremier Benefits to Support YOU:We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental and visionLife, AD&D, and critical illness insuranceWellness rewards401(k) savings planProfit SharingPaid time off increasing with tenureTuition reimbursementLong and short disability and Parental leave Employee discount program on the purchase of a Drees HomeEmployee Assistance Program and much more!The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.
