Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to operate industrial cutting and sewing machines in our production facility. This role involves setting up and supporting cutting machines, operating industrial sewing machines, and loading/unloading large spools of material. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain industrial cutting and sewing machines Load and unload heavy spools of fabric onto machines Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent product quality Perform basic adjustments and maintenance on machines as needed Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Requirements: Experience operating industrial sewing or cutting machines preferred Ability to lift and maneuver heavy spools and materials (50+ lbs) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and support team operations Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: McMinnville Ready to join a growing company and contribute to a meaningful product?
