MEP Estimator (Government Agency Projects NYC) Join a nationally respected construction management firm delivering high-profile government and institutional projects. Weu2019re hiring an experienced MEP Estimator to lead cost planning and estimation for large-scale projects with agencies such as SCA, DASNY, and other public sector clients. This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City or our Albany office. Key Responsibilities + Prepare detailed MEP estimates for government agency, healthcare, and institutional projects + Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation for cost breakdowns + Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform scope reviews + Collaborate with design teams for constructability and value engineering + Participate in preconstruction meetings and client presentations + Maintain historical cost data and update pricing databases Must-Haves + Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering or Construction Management + 5u201310+ years of MEP estimating experience + Proven experience with government agency projects (SCA, DASNY, etc.) + Proficiency in estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Destini, Sitework tools) + Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred + Experience advising clients on cost strategies and market conditions + Familiarity with corporate estimating processes + Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines Work Environment + On-site in NYC office (4u20135 days/week) + Travel: 10u201315% + Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and long-term growth opportunities Ready to lead estimating for high-profile government projects?
