Job DescriptionOur well-known skincare / beauty client is seeking a Community Manager & Analyst to be the brand's social trendspotter & community champion, decode social buzz to build reports that inspire, spark conversations via social listening to fuel fresh content ideas, monitor local platforms to build brand consistency, master cutting-edge social tools & platforms.This is a 40hr / week, 24-month, hybrid role that requires going onsite in NYC 2-3 days a munity Manager & Analyst Responsibilities:Social ListeningMonitor and analyze online conversations, mentions, and sentiment related to the brand, products, and competitors.Identify emerging trends and share proactively with the wider team.Track campaign effectiveness and manage brand reputation through actionable insights.Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product Development) to provide insights based on social listening to help inform munity ManagementSupport local markets in community management, platform management and respond to their queries and needs.Monitor social network health and consistently update community management guidelines.Collaborate with Comms Team to provide Social FAQs for all product launch campaigns.Keep global A&I teams informed on the latest social media features, trends, and innovations.Consistently review local social platforms to ensure brand look and feel and legal regulations are being respected.Reporting & Data AnalyzingManage the execution of monthly A&I reports, analyzing data with the social media director to share key insights across the organization.Oversee social requests for market adoption and performance analysis of product and brand campaigns using relevant tools.Utilize trend analysis tools to inform social content creation opportunities and supports cross-functional marketing social listening requests.Trend SpottingPractice daily trendspotting on TikTok and Instagram to identify emerging trends and opportunities for social feeds.Create and distribute a weekly trendspotting email blast to all markets.Stay current on new social media platforms, tools, and best practices, confidently presenting important developments to the internal munity Manager & Analyst Requirements:Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithmsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects effectivelyPrevious experience in community management and social listeningTrend led, connected to culture and out-of-the-box thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze metrics to identify clear insights, trends, and opportunitiesDesired experience in specific social media tools; Sprinklr, Traackr, Dash HudsonIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
