Position Summary The Concierge isresponsible for delivering an exceptional guest service experience to allclientele that have interactions with City Winery. This individual serves as apoint of contact at the Box Office for purposes of general guest relations andsupport, ticketing, City Winery Rewards Program and City Winery merchandise.The Concierge team member is responsible for maximizing ticket and retailmerchandise sales, while serving as a brand ambassador of the Company. Overview of Responsibilities u25cfCorrespond with guests in person, phone, and email u25cfManage in-person, online, and phone ticket sales u25cfHandle all retail merchandise transactions,organization, sales, inventory, ordering needs, and upkeep u25cfMaximize ticket sales and retail merchandise sales u25cfActively participate in and support box office staffduties as needed, including set up and breakdown of venue spaces u25cfAssist guests with seat changes u25cfCompile house and artist comps and arrange seatingappropriately u25cfHandle troubleshooting with guests on ticketingpurchases u25cfClose out and reconcile box office transactions u25cfArrange special care of VIPu2019s, Investors, or otherguests who may receive gratis food or drink u25cfMaintain a neat and tidy Concierge booth u25cfHandle payment transactions and maintain accurate cashdrawer u25cfAttend training courses, tastings, meetings, as needed u25cfMaintain a knowledge of City Winery brand, history,culture, and programming, both in venue and restaurant u25cfOther duties, tasks, projects as per business needs Minimum Qualifications u25cf 2+ yearsprior experience in a concierge, box office, or customer service role in ahospitality setting, and/or relevant experience u25cf Ability toconsistently deliver high-quality guest experiences, exceed guest expectations,and strive to create a memorable guest experience u25cf Strong workethic, calm demeanor with customer-focused approach, and immaculate attentionto detail u25cf Effectivecommunication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills and aproven ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and guests u25cf Proficientcomputer skills u25cf Ability towork both independently and in a team environment u25cf Ability to worka flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays About Us Wine, food, andlive entertainment collide at City Winery to create a dynamic and incrediblyunique workplace.
