Support transition teams with architecture clarification during client onboarding and review design documents, implementation plans, and operational handbooks for compliance and performance. Stay current with trends in cyber resilience, cloud backup, immutability, and data governance frameworks. Contribute to internal knowledge development, solution accelerators, and reusable artefacts to drive innovation and best practices. **Required Qualifications:** 15+ years of experience in enterprise backup, recovery, and data protection technologies across large-scale environments. Hands-on experience with Rubrik, including architecture design, deployment, and licensing optimisation. Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-class backup and recovery solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Strong experience creating architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment strategies aligned with compliance and security requirements. Expertise in presales engagement, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, preparing solution proposals, and delivering technical workshops. Demonstrated ability to optimise Rubrik features such as immutability, cloud archival, and zero-trust security for resilience and compliance. Hands-on experience with technical delivery governance, including reviewing design documents, implementation plans, and operational handbooks. In-depth knowledge of cyber resilience trends, cloud backup strategies, and data governance frameworks, with ability to translate these into client solutions. **Preferred Qualifications:** Rubrik Certified Professional or equivalent certification.
