We are committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment where hospitality and care come first. u2728 Job Purpose The Dishwasher / Utility Worker plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining operations. This position assists with food preparation , ensures proper sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment , and supports the dietary team in delivering high-quality meals to residents and guests. Key Responsibilities + u2705 Follow diet orders and NPO diet guidelines. + u2705 Assist cooks in preparing meals, desserts, and snacks (e.g., salads, desserts, sandwiches). + u2705 Use proper food handling processes and safety procedures . + u2705 Deliver trays to residents and serve meals in the dining area. + u2705 Prepare between-meal nourishments and offer menu substitutions per guidelines. + u2705 Follow procedures for serving partner meals. + u2705 Maintain cleaning, sanitizing, and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment . + u2705 Communicate warmly and professionally with residents, families, and visitors. Minimum Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. + Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
