As aConcrete Boom PumpOperator, you'll be proficient in operating our 36 - 47 meter boom pumptruck and stand alone placing booms on our deck pours at times. We donot perform pumping services for the public, only for our own forces.Your ability to communicate well with others and enjoyment with workingoutdoors will make you a great addition Skills & Qualifications: 1-3years experience running, maintaining and troubleshooting modern dayconcrete pumps and placing booms. Valid Wisconsin Class B CDL. Strongcommunication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and help find solutions.Must be part of the Operators Union or willing to join. KeyResponsibilities: Drive the pump truck in a safe and conscientiousmanner to the job site and back to the yard. Operate the pump andplacing booms in a safe and conscientious manner on site, set up system,and clean out the pump after the job. Keep the pump, booms and truckwashed and free of concrete and grease. Return system after use toappropriate location in yard. Keep yard neat and orderly. Notify yardsuperintendent of any issues or concerns and document daily. Completeand submit pump inspection forms, job ticket and maintenance forms.Routine maintenance of greasing fittings & greaser, changing gaskets &checking fluid levels. Know the pump well enough to recognize problemsand report them. Represent the Company through efficient work andservice. Physical Demands: Must be able to meet DOT requirements forhearing and seeing. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds to overheadposition. Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds. Must have thebalance and dexterity to maneuver around a construction site, and mustenjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. Good manual dexterityto climb on and around the pump in all weather conditions common toWisconsin. Must be able to work long days with varying start and endtimes.
