As a Metal Framing/DrywallJourneyman Carpenter with Findorff, you'll help bring interior andexterior structures to life with precision and skill. Your experiencewith framing and drywall installation will directly contribute tobuilding safe, high-quality spaces that reflect Findorff's standard ofexcellence. Key Responsibilities: Frame interior and exterior wallsusing metal studs and track Install interior drywall and exteriorsheathing with accuracy and care Measure, cut, and fasten materialsaccording to construction documents Ensure walls are square, plumb,and securely fastened Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project milestones Exhibit consistent awareness for personal safety and the safety ofco-workers Use appropriate PPE at all times, including safetyglasses, hearing protection, and high-visibility gear FollowFindorff's safety protocols, including caution/danger tape guidelinesand Lockout/Tagout procedures Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbson a regular basis Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years ofexperience framing interior and exterior walls Minimum 5 years ofexperience installing interior drywall and exterior sheathing Strongattention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift and move up to50 lbs regularly throughout the workday Good attitude with a strongwork ethic and drive to accomplish daily goals Ability to workindependently or as part of a team Familiarity with layout markings,blueprint reading, and material takeoffs Comfortable working atheights and in various weather conditions Diversity matters.
