This role supports associate engagement, onboarding,training, benefits, leave administration, and compliance with employmentlaws. The HR Generalist serves as a key contact for associate relationsand supports daily HR operations under the guidance of HR leadership.The Human Resources Generalist will support the performance managementprocess, assist leadership in disciplinary management and assist withthe preparation and maintenance of HR policies/procedures including theassociate handbook. Act as liaison and advocate forboth associate and manager concerns and questions by providing timelyand accurate information within established practice, policies, andprocedures.
