Operations & Personnel ManagerLocation: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite, Monday-Friday)Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 + potential bonusAbout the RoleA fast-growing estate, elder law, and business planning firm in Fort Worth is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Operations & Personnel Manager. This individual will serve as the operational anchor for the office—supporting attorneys, managing day-to-day workflow, overseeing personnel processes, and helping maintain a positive, professional culture.This is a high-visibility, multifunctional role ideal for someone with strong operations and HR instincts who enjoys structure, communication, and problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Office ManagementOversee daily office operations and ensure the team is supported and running on scheduleCoordinate calendars, meetings, interviews, and staff communicationsManage basic reporting and daily updates for firm partnersSupport vendor coordination, office needs, supplies, and general maintenanceAssist in improving workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing operational efficienciesPersonnel & HR SupportManage hiring logistics: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer lettersCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (in partnership with internal IT)Maintain employee files, training schedules, probationary check-ins, and performance review timelinesSupport employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture-building initiativesTrack PTO, timekeeping reminders, and basic payroll-related updatesCulture, Team Support & EventsHelp maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamworkCoordinate internal events such as team meetings, celebrations, and training daysAssist with small internal recognition activities (birthdays, kudos, etc.)What We’re Looking ForStrong operations or HR experience (law-firm, medical, financial services, or similar professional environments preferred)Excellent follow-through, communication, and organizational skillsConfident, assertive, trustworthy, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Teams/Zoom/Google MeetStrong judgment, discretion, and ability to keep sensitive information confidentialComfortable managing multiple priorities without losing accuracy or professionalismSchedule & BenefitsFull-time onsite | Monday-FridayConvenient Fort Worth locationOpportunity to support meaningful work helping families with estate, elder law, and business planning mattersRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong operations or HR experience (law-firm, medical, financial services, or similar professional environments preferred)Excellent follow-through, communication, and organizational skillsConfident, assertive, trustworthy, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Teams/Zoom/Google MeetStrong judgment, discretion, and ability to keep sensitive information confidentialComfortable managing multiple priorities without losing accuracy or professionalism
