If you are an entrepreneur who wants to be responsible for running your own restaurant as a managing partner, please apply today!As a Managing Partner your key accountabilities would include:Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management teamDirecting work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant ManagersManaging performance of management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplineReviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employeesProviding ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and controllable costsManaging food costs, tracking waste, and controlling labor costsManaging weekly and monthly P&LPlanning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgetsOverseeing the cleanliness of the restaurantEnforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all timesOverseeing development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practicesUnderstanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling proceduresActing as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contactsMaintaining culture of the restaurant and living our mission and vision.Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:4+ years or more as a GM, MP, Ownership or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service conceptExcellent communication and organizational skillsThe ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.Proficient knowledge of marketing, finance, training, human resources, and developmentProficient knowledge of marketing, finance, training, human resources, and developmentThe ability to monitor key performance indicators and ensure optimal financial health.PI8fcd9f404132-30511-39098490
